Freddy’s Note:
Here again, an answer to the question why do you need a gun at home. I really like the fact that he used a ak-47 to defend himself and shoot the bad guys.

Man Shot and Killed in Davie Home Invasion

Two home invasion suspects are on the run and a third was shot and killed by a Davie resident Thursday night, police said.

The incident happened at a home on the 6100 block of Southwest 48th Street, Davie Police spokesman Capt. Dale Engle said.

Three armed men entered the apartment and pistol-whipped the resident inside, police said. He then confronted the suspects.

“The resident of the apartment had possession of an AK-47 and after he received this beating he was able to get possession or control of that, and started shooting at these suspects as they were fleeing,” Engle said.

He received significant injuries but was later released from a hospital, Engle said.

The shooter was also taken in for questioning but has since been released. He is cooperating with detectives, Engle said.

Police have not released the identities of the four men involved, but said they knew each other.

9/11 Hijackers Passports were issued by the CIA – Whistleblower Michael Springmann

Freddy’s Note:
I hope this story is not true. Yet, Our Government seems to betray it’s own citizens on a daily basis.  Could they have really done this?  Unfortunately, I am inclined to believe this story and video.

Mike Springmann- The former head of the American visa bureau in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia blows the whistle on the 9/11 hijackers.

“In Saudi Arabia I was repeatedly ordered by high level State Dept officials to issue visas to unqualified applicants. These were, essentially, people who had no ties either to Saudi Arabia or to their own country. I complained bitterly at the time there. I returned to the US, I complained to the State Dept here, to the General Accounting Office, to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security and to the Inspector General’s office. I was met with silence.” – Springmann

Gun Owners in CT line up to be put on list will lead to their death and loss of guns

Sheep lining up for the future slaugher

The State of CT is now registering guns.  The people in the above photo are lining up to register their guns voluntarily.  These people are cowards and are not worthy of the right to own guns.

Today it’s registration. How long before CT decides that all the guns needed to be taken away from these people, for the safety of the children?

These are the Nazi Storm Troopers of Today

What will Happen Next!

SWAT/Homeland Security/Armed police will raid these peoples homes.  And if course in the process if the people who’s homes are being raided don’t cower fast enough, these SWAT teams will kill everyone at the homes accidentally. The Anti-gun crowd always cries “No one wants your Guns” and they lie. Gun Confiscation is their goal. Guns are already being confiscated in New York and California.  Connecticut will be next.

Those who desire to give up freedom in order to gain security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one.   Ben Franklin

Michael Bloomberg, The Man who wants to be the Dictator of America

Nazi Scumbag that wants to be the Dictator of America

Freddy’s Note:
I have written about Fuhrer Bloomberg before. He is a tiny little man who wants to take away the freedoms of Americans, because he feels they are too stupid to fend for themselves and that he Knows Better then the general public. He will use his money and influence to make sure his laws and agenda’s pass at the state and federal level.  I actually hate this Nazi Swine even more than Obama these days. Michael Bloomberg needs to develop every kinda of cancer and die as soon as possible.

Chris Cox, Executive Director of the NRA wrote this editorial and I am reprinting it here because it is important. We must stop this man from trying to Dictate to the people of America.

By Chris Cox

When New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg leaves office today he will enter civilian life protected by firearms.

The same man who has spent much of his career and personal fortune trying to render good, law-abiding men and women defenseless, will now surround himself with a team of armed bodyguards.

Bloomberg’s security detail will be comprised of former police officers that he purchased away from the NYPD with the promise of early retirement, six-figure salaries, and other perks that go along with protecting America’s most notorious anti-gun zealot.

Bloomberg’s hypocrisy validates what five million NRA members and tens of millions of gun owners already know: The freedom to own and carry firearms is essential to our fundamental right of self-defense.

If this weren’t true, then Michael Bloomberg would eschew his security team and walk about town unarmed and defenseless like so many of his former constituents. To be sure, the threats he faces as a former public official are legitimate and should be taken seriously. However, they are no more legitimate or serious than the threats that many American men and women face every day – and that’s especially true for many folks who live and work in New York City.

Bloomberg’s hypocrisy on gun rights should come as no surprise.  Earlier this year, he proclaimed:  “I do think there are certain times we should infringe on your freedom.” (Emphasis mine.)

It was a rare moment of honesty, and Michael Bloomberg has certainly governed as if there should be one set of rules for him and his fellow wealthy political elites, and another set of rules for the rest of us.

To Bloomberg, most Americans are too dumb, or too insignificant, to be afforded much freedom at all. He believes we have to be told everything from what to eat, to how much soda we can drink. And above all, he wants us stripped of our constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

Thus, the same man who obtains special permission for his personal security force to carry firearms in so-called “gun free” countries like Bermuda, is also responsible for gun confiscation notices like this one being delivered to law-abiding gun owners in his city.

The same man who won’t go out for a burger unless he’s surrounded by a wall of protection that only firearms can provide, also won’t allow his city’s most vulnerable men and women to protect themselves and their loved ones from violent criminal

Although Bloomberg is leaving office today, his assault on our Second Amendment freedom is certainly not over.

He has vowed to spend whatever amount it takes from his $31 billion fortune to buy Congress in this year’s mid-term elections, so he can hand Barack Obama a gun ban majority in the U.S. House and Senate. If that happens, Obama can spend his final years in office dismantling the Second Amendment.

Gun owners and all freedom-loving Americans must be on guard in this coming year’s campaign season. Any candidate who takes anti-gun money from Michael Bloomberg will not be working for you. That candidate will be working for the man who thinks his wealth entitles him to deny you the ability to exercise your core freedoms.

The TSA is Security Theater: They can’t protect you from a 6 year old with a water balloon

Freddy’s Note:
I have written about my six month experience as a TSA Instructor, in three posts. Start here if you want to read it. This recent post by the ex-chief of Israeli airports confirms something I have been saying for over 10 years. That is the entire TSA and what happens at airports is “Security Theater” It is designed to make us feel better, but accomplishes very little. The TSA is all about Perception not reality.  Here is the truth.

Before 911, airline pilots had been told to give hijackers control of the airplane and to fly them where they wanted to go.

After 911, the pilots will never give control of the airplane to Hijackers. They will use guns, explosice decompression, and many other tactics rather then give up the plane.  And this is if the passengers, don’t beat the hijackers to death. Many times on planes, the passengers have subdued hijackers or unruly passengers since 911.

You see if even we had the current level of TSA security on 911, it still would have happened, because the hijackers didn’t need weapons, They could have threaten to break the necks of one of the flight attendants and the pilots would have given them the plane.

Here’s the the most qualified expert in the world on talking about the TSA.

Rafi Sela, the former chief of security for Israeli airports says the TSA Sucks

In a blistering take-down of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration’s approach to airport security, the former chief of security for Israeli airports described an agency riddled with incompetence and wastefulness and that, despite large infusions of government money, may never have actually stopped a single terror attack. The TSA may even be inviting a deadly attack on airline passengers due to poor planning, he charged. He detailed serious flaws in American airport protection, ones he contrasted starkly with his own experience in Israel.

Sela described one scene in Newark when a TSA agent found a laser pen Sela had received as a gift.

“They told me they had to confiscate it, because apparently laser pointers are just a couple hundred degrees away from being the new box cutters. Many of you have probably lost trinkets and gadgets in the same way,” Sela told Cracked, then described the clever way he got it back:

I tell the handler, “OK, take it. But that pen is company property, so I’m going to need some sort of receipt.”

He says, “What?”

“This pen isn’t owned by me. My boss is going to need to see some proof that you took it.”

So he calls a supervisor and asks, “Where do we keep the receipts?”

His supervisor says, “What the f*** are you talking about, we don’t give receipts.”

He explains the situation, and his boss asks, “What’s the contraband?”

“A little laser pointer.”

“Give it the f*** back! What do you care?”

Two seconds go by and he hands it back to me. It’s as easy as that.

And here’s the rub: “The TSA treats each traveler the same because of some stupid idea that everything needs to be fair.”

Airport Security

Security needs to be done due to risk

Risk means that in Israel we don’t check luggage, we check people. And I’m not talking about racial profiling here; that’s a product of poor training. Regardless of race or creed, people with bombs strapped to their body behave in similar ways,” Sela said.

Instead of checking intent, they check luggage. And they don’t even do it well,” he said of the TSA. “I have orthopedic insoles in my shoes made from composite material. On the machines, that composite looks identical to plastic explosives. I put them on the belt every time, and no one — NO ONE — ever questions my shoes. Some security experts suspect that the TSA has never once caught a terrorist at a checkpoint.”

Eye contact

Sela believes eye contact is one key behavior to examine: “Someone with something to hide, a bad conscience, will cast their eyes away much more quickly. That’s what our security guards are doing: We watch the way you move your eyes.”

Of Israeli screeners, he explained, “We interview every single customer several times, but we don’t really care what you have to say. We’re paying attention to your behavior.”

“At Ben Gurion Airport, we get travelers from their car to their gate in 25 minutes. When was the last time that happened to you in an American airport? Probably never, because a dozen 747s worth of cranky travelers can’t take their shoes and coats off, pull their laptops out of their luggage, and queue up for pat downs without chaos,” he said.

“It’s different in Israel” where passengers are not required to take off their shoes. “You come in, we ask you questions, and we have well-trained people determine if you have any harmful plans. They look at your eyes and your body language, not your loafers. We have threats in the airport, but nothing deadly has happened to us, thank God, in the last 40 years.”

The scary thing about lines

Chillingly, Sela described how easy it could be for a terrorist to attack the actual security lines meant to be screening for bombs. He told Cracked:

In security, if the target is moving, you have to move with the target. There is one place for security in an American airport, and it’s that long line where you wait for Larry, a TSA worker from Des Moines with exceptionally coarse hands, to fondle you. Everything past that line is a lawless free-for-all of Sbarros and tacky souvenir shops.

Sela expounded on the theme: “The TSA conveniently packs hundreds of travelers together in cramped security lines. Terrorists love crowds because they can inflict the most harm that way … So what does American airport security do? It gathers folks together in long lines BEFORE they’ve been scanned at all.”

That’s also why he gets nervous waiting for his luggage at the baggage carousel: “[T]here’s no sort of scrutiny around who gets to walk in there. It’s like the TSA thinks the terrorists have some sort of death grudge against planes. So if we can keep them from getting on one, they won’t bother murdering a bunch of people clustered around baggage claim.”

Airports made of Glass look pretty but are Death Traps

He took issue with the copious amounts of glass used in the construction of U.S. airports, including Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport in the nation’s capital.

“Now all that glass is lovely, and it saves a bundle on lighting, but have you ever wondered if it’s all … y’know, explosion-proof? Because it totally isn’t. Which makes each of these lovely airports a build-your-own shrapnel bomb kit (just add gunpowder!),” Sela said. “In Israeli airports, the security checks are done in a small, blast-proof area with a few people in it at a time. So if there’s a bomb, we only have to evacuate one room. Not an entire terminal full of drunken businessmen and sleep-deprived families on vacation.”

For one thing, Sela said the notion that standing in a security line and stripping off one’s shoes is a “necessary precursor to safe flying” is “bullsh**.”

“The TSA couldn’t protect you from a 6-year-old with a water balloon

He said that after years of “trying to get the attention of the U.S. Senate … White House, airlines and airports,” he has decided that “the USA is no longer a leader in security.”

’Hiding things is so easy to do, it isn’t even funny’

Security Israeli Style

Ben Gurion [International Airport, near Tel Aviv] is probably the most threatened airport in the world. It has between 50 and 70 incidents every day. Nobody hears about those because we handle them.”

While the Israeli airport drills its screeners seven times a day, Sela said TSA agents are drilled only once or twice a year. With the high turnover rate in the agency, many operate without having been tested.

“Security can’t be treated like a fast food company. These people are tasked with finding bombs, not flipping burgers,” he told Cracked.

Sela made a strong case for profiling – not racial profiling, but behavioral profiling.

“[I]f you only check luggage and you don’t check the person behind the luggage, how do you know he hasn’t camouflaged something into the luggage that you can’t find? Trust me: Hiding things is so easy to do, it isn’t even funny,” he said.

New Poll Proves Gun Banner Polls were False

Freddy’s Note: This is an important article that disputes the Bloomberg/anti-guns claims about 90% of Americans support expanded background checks

Originally posted here

Earlier this year Nate Silver assured people that there were solid polls showing “Overwhelming majorities of 80 to 90 percent of the public say they favor background checks.”  On Monday, soon to be former Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Shannon Watts (with Moms Demand Action) repeated the claim and make the related point that even among NRA members “74 percent support background checks for all gun sales” (this last poll number was paid for by Bloomberg).  Indeed the notion that the NRA isn’t representing members of the NRA has become a common claim made by gun control organizations.  But there were a couple major problems with these poll numbers: 1) People were really just being asked about whether they wanted to keep criminals from getting guns, not about a particular piece of legislation.  2) The surveys asked a vague question with no information on how the current system works.

There was a poll in April by the PEW Research Center that gets at the first issue and I think is much more accurate.  It asks people whether they are happy that the Senate gun control bill was stopped in April.  Apparently, both Republicans and Independents are generally happy that it was stopped by 51-to-34 and 48-to-41 margins.  My guess is that Republican Senators are paying a lot more attention to what Independents and Republicans wanted than Democrats who would never have voted for the Republicans anyway.  It looks to me that Republicans voted the way that their constituents wanted.  So Republicans shouldn’t really care that among all voters the poll showed support of 47 to 39 percent.  If you want to explain why Republican Senators voted against the measure, you should look at the results by political affiliation.

Many, such as the New York Times, paint a picture of Senators who both simultaneously opposed the will of 90 percent of their voters and at the same time quake in fear of the NRA. Here is a piece by Joe Nocera at the New York Times on April 19th:

The four Democrats — along with many Republicans — quake in fear of the National Rifle Association. In 1994, Baucus voted in favor of the assault rifle ban — and then nearly lost his re-election bid. He never again stood up to the N.R.A. Yes, his phones were undoubtedly jammed this week. Still, it seemed to me that his unanswered phone was a potent symbol. I could almost picture him cowering in his office, waiting for us to stop asking why he sold the country down the river. . . .

Note in Baucus’ case, he is retiring and yet he still voted against the so-called “universal background check” bill, so it really isn’t clear what the NRA could do to him at this point in his career.

Relatedly, people simply don’t care strongly about gun control.  Gallup’s survey regularly asks people: “What do you think is the most important problem facing this country today?”  Note that this included gun control issues beyond background checks and it includes people on both sides of the issue (those who think either more or less gun control is extremely important), but even so very few people put gun control as a top issue.  Just take the numbers from earlier this year: January 2013 4%, February 2013 6%, March 2013 4%, September 2013  1%, October 2013 1%, November 2013 <1%, and December 2013  <1%.

The second problem with these polls is that the news media has done a horrible job describing what the current rules are and what the changes would accomplish.  Part of this fits in with President Obama’s and the media’s numerous false statement “as many as 40 percent of all gun purchases take place without a background check” (even the Washington Post eventually noted that this state was clearly false).  When Americans are given some details about the current system polls give dramatically different results.  For example, when they are told that “A vast majority of guns sold at gun shows are sold by licensed dealers who are required by federal law to conduct background checks before guns are sold,” a National Shooting Sports Foundation poll had to do what other surveys refused to do and found a clear majority of Americans don’t think that additional federal laws are required.  It would be nice if other surveys tried to provide some similar information.

Another survey from April found that few Americans actually thought that background checks would be beneficial.  A Rasmussen survey found: “Only 41% believe more background checks will reduce gun violence.”

Wall Street advisor recommends guns, ammo for protection in collapse

Freddy’s Note:

People in the gun community have been stocking up on guns and ammo for a while now.  I personally, started stocking up a 5 years ago when my community lost power in a giant ice storm. We did not get power back for 5 days.  And I live a one of the biggest cities in the state.  I watched fights at gas stations and food stores.  It looked like civilization was going to collapse if we went just a few more days without power, food or gas. I didn’t own a firearm at that time. Now I have over 50 guns and over 14,000 rounds of ammo ready to go.

Now today, a Wall Street advisor.. Main stream media person advises this… holy shit. It’s closer to go time then I thought it was.  I would recommend everyone get as much food, weapons, and ammo as possible.|

A top financial adviser, worried that Obamacare, the NSA spying scandal and spiraling national debt is increasing the chances for a fiscal and social disaster, is recommending that Americans prepare a “bug-out bag” that includes food, a gun and ammo to help them stay alive.

David John Marotta, a Wall Street expert and financial advisor and Forbes contributor, said in a note to investors, “Firearms are the last item on the list, but they are on the list. There are some terrible people in this world. And you are safer when your trusted neighbors have firearms.”

His memo is part of a series addressing the potential for a “financial apocalypse.” His view, however, is that the problems plaguing the country won’t result in Armageddon. “There is the possibility of a precipitous decline, although a long and drawn out malaise is much more likely,” said the Chancellorsville, Va.-based president of Marotta Wealth Management.

Screen Shot 2013-12-26 at 7.52.49 PM

Marotta said that many clients fear an end-of-the-world scenario. He doesn’t agree with that outcome, but does with much of what has people worried.

“I, along with many other economists, agree with many of the concerns expressed in these dire warnings. The growing debt and deficit spending is a tax on those holding dollars. The devaluation in the U.S. dollar risks the dollar’s status as the reserve currency of the world. Obamacare was the worst legislation in the past 75 years. Socialism is on the rise and the NSA really is abrogating vast portions of the Constitution. I don’t disagree with their concerns,” he wrote.

In his latest note, he said that Americans should have a survival kit to take in case of a financial or natural disaster. It should be filled with items that will help them stay alive for the first 72-hours of a crisis, including firearms.

Screen Shot 2013-12-26 at 7.53.45 PM

“A bug-out bag is a good idea depending on where you live even if the emergency is just power outages, earthquakes and hurricanes. And with your preparedness you will be equipped to help others who might be in need,” he wrote. “Be prepared. Especially because it keeps you from being scared.”

Here’s the original article

He provided a list of items and even a link to bug-out bags on Amazon.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee is a big fat liar who’s pants are on fire

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee recently tweeted the following recently:

Is this a worldwide figure or just the US. And how in the world does she get this number.  My feeling is she just makes it up. Because Liberals always resort to lying and fictional statistics.

 According to FBI crime statistics,

Blunt objects (hammers and clubs), knives, and personal weapons (hands, fists, and feet) “cause” far more murders than all types of rifles combined:

So in 2010, only 355 people were murdered in the US with a rifle. That’s every type of rifle combined.  So how is Shelia Jackson Lee coming up with the figure of 250,000. Easy, she is making it up.

Eyewitness to Hitler Warns: “Keep Your Guns and Buy More Guns”

Everyone in Favor of Gun Control.. Raise your Right Hand!

When Katie Worthman was a little girl in Austria, she witnessed firsthand Adolph Hitler’s rise to power and the Soviet communist occupation that followed.  She also witnessed, for decades, the distortions of the media when it came to the reporting of the events.

From her eyewitness perspective, Worthman said that the whole thing didn’t happen overnight, in a brutal attack, like the media portrays it, but rather, it evolved into a dictatorship gradually, over a period of a few years.  Hitler didn’t come across as someone evil, to be feared, initially.  ”In the beginning, Hitler didn’t look like, or talk like a monster at all. He talked like an American politician.”

Here are some things that occurred in Austria, according to Worthman, that just might look familiar to Americans:

Events that Led to the rise of the NAZIs

  • Hitler was elected with 98% of the vote.
  • Hitler destroyed the existing medical system when he brought a national healthcare plan into being.
  • First, people were forced to register their guns to cut down on crime.
  • Then they were forced to turn them in or risk capital punishment for keeping them.

Worthman’s eyewitness account

“In 1938, the media reported that Hitler rode into Austria with tanks and guns and took us over. Not true at all,” she says. “The Austrian people elected Hitler by 98% of the vote by means of the ballot box. Now you might ask how could a Christian nation… elect a monster like Hitler. The truth is at the beginning Hitler didn’t look like or talk like a monster at all. He talked like an American politician.<

“We also had gun registration. All the Austrian people… had guns. But the government said, ‘the guns are very dangerous. Children are playing with guns. Hunting accidents happen and we really have to have total controlled safety. And we had criminals again. And the only way that we can trace the criminal was by the serial number of the gun.’

So we dutifully went to the police station and we registered our guns. Not long after they said, ‘No, it didn’t help. The only way that we won’t have accidents and crimes [is] you bring the guns to the police station and then we don’t have any crimes anymore and any accidents. And if you don’t do that: capital punishment.’

“So that’s what we did. So dictatorship didn’t happen overnight. It took five years. Gradually, little by little to escalate up to a dictatorship.

“When the people fear the government, that’s tyranny. But when the government fears the people… that’s liberty. Keep your guns. Keep your guns and buy more guns.”

Now 84, Katie Worthman is warning America, her adopted country, in the hopes that history does not repeat itself. Watch her powerful presentation below.  If you don’t want to go buy more ammo after that, then you aren’t paying attention.

CNN/ABC Reporter in favor of taking away American’s Freedoms

Jake Tapper “Journalist”
Jacob Paul “Jake” Tapper is an American journalist and author. As of 2013, he is the Chief Washington Correspondent and anchor of the CNN weekday television news show The Lead with Jake Tapper. Prior to working with CNN, he worked with ABC News. Wikipedia
Born: March 12, 1969 (age 44), New York City, NY
TV shows: The Lead with Jake Tapper, This Week, ABC World News
Education: Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, Dartmouth College

On TV this week he stated that the American people would rather have security over freedom.  Isn’t that the same tired line that dictators always use before they take away your freedoms. We need to make your life’s safer.

Jake Tapper:

“I think the American people, honestly, want security over freedom.”

Let’s see what one of the founders of the United States said:

Benjamin Franklin:

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.
From this point of view this leads to:

Guns are dangerous and kids are being killed so we need to take away all your guns.

Government is reading all your email and everything on the internet because we are trying to make you safer.

We know better then you on how to raise and feed your children, because this will make them healthier and safer.

Everyone who reads this should send a twitter message to this stupid moron at any or all the following addresses  to tell him, NO We Will Not Give Up Any Freedoms For More Security.
